A Joint Venture Agreement is between two parties who are referred to as Joint Venturers. It sets out the specifics of the agreement, including the business purpose, the parties contributions, and allocation of all profits and losses.
What you do is:
- Fill out the property address.
- Write down the other party’s LLC or name and your name.
- Then put a date.
- The buyer side is sending this contract over so you put the seller name is if the seller is the one bringing in the terms and then 50% of whoever the closing for finding the end buyer.
- Put the seller’s name and let the seller sign,
- Then put down your name, sign it,
- Then put down the name of your company and company’s signature.
